What They Do
Love INC exists to foster meaningful transformation in the lives of those we serve. At our best, we operate as an extension of the ministry of our partner churches, serving as a clearinghouse to assess and meet community needs, all in the name of Christ. Love INC focuses on four primary categories: physical needs, emotional and mental health, relationships, and spiritual belief systems. Offering long-term assistance, along with immediate relief, Love INC believes in moving people out of dependency and towards the full and productive (transformed) life God has promised to all in Christ.
How they help you
-Provide a wide range of volunteer opportunities on nearly every day of the week for those desiring to make a meaningful impact on their community.
-Extend the reach of individual churches by providing a clearinghouse for meeting felt community needs. Rather than every church attempt to provide extensive services individually, Love INC exists to help shoulder this burden and centralize services for the sake of supporting the Church in our valley.
-Provide educational classes and budgeting support free of charge.
-Offer a team of dedicated staff and volunteers to come alongside those who are hurting, broken, and in need of support.
-Work hand-in-hand with churches, ensuring church leadership and the extended church community has involvement in ongoing case management for individuals connected to each local body.
-We currently utilize hundreds of volunteers from dozens of churches to support our programs. From sorting and processing goods in our donation center or running a cash register in our resale shop, to meeting one-on-one with a client in need of financial counseling and education or helping care for the children of participants in our program, we have meaningful service opportunities for just about everyone.
